1. Can we make a sample order? 

— Yes, sample order availble upon your request. Pls feel free to let us know if you want to make a sample order. 

2.MOQはいくらですか？ 

— Our MOQ will be 20pcs for our stock, 500pcs/model for oem logo. You can make your own logo if you have an order over 500pcs. You can mix the colors if you want. 

3. What’s your processing time? 

— Normally we will send the order out within 72hours with our stock. It takes 7 to 10 work days for customized logo. Processing time varies due to quantity.  

4. What’s your delivery time? 

— Normally we will send the parcel by express, such as DHL, UPS, EMS, etc. It takes 5 to 7 work days for delivery. Sometimes it’s faster while sometimes not. We will help track until you get it. 

5. Do you provide customized packing? 

— Yes. Pls feel free to let us know if you have any special design for your packing. Thank you.
