1. Can I buy samples placing orders?

Yes, we are happy to provide samples before you placing order or before mass production.

2. What is your lead time?

Please understand we do not carry stock strap, everything is made to order, therefore production lead time will take approx 30 days – 45 days depending on Material Stock / Complexity of Strap Style. 

3. What is your payment term?

T/T & Paypal. This is negotiable.

4. What is the shipping method?

Since shipping is at customer cost, therefore it’s your choice to select any shipping method that you preferred. According to our experince, shipment size and weight usually not big or heavy, therefore customer who has their company courier account will arrange shipment pick up from our Hong Kong office through Fedex / DHL / UPS / TNT. In case you don’t have one, we are happy to get a quote for your approval from different courier account company. Please contact us for details.
