If the color you want is not listed on our website, please leave message below the transaction about the color you want, we sdeliver according to the message, if no message left and no color is chosen, we ship random color. For the color you want but currently out of stock, we will contact with you to get your opinion.

2 If the item arrives in bad condition, how will you handle it?

Within 7 days we can pay for the return shipping cost, but the returned goods should be at the original condition. Over 7 days, we can share half of the return shipping cost. Over 1 month we won’t pay for the return shipping cost. So after you get the item, please check carefully and if there is any problem please contact us soon.

A: Normally,our MOQ is 300pcs per model. For some hot Item, can accept small quantity .

2. Can we print our own label logo?

A: Yes, we can print your own logo, and it will be free for you with our MOQ.

3. What's your packing?

A: Our usual packing is opp bag + white box (20-25pcs ) + carton

We can provide single packing box, also, you can deisgn the packing box.

4. What about the Certification?

A: We can provide CE cand Rohs certification if customer need.

5. What is the delivery time ?

Normally is 25-30days. If have stock ,delivery time is 10 working days .

6. What about the warranty?
