There are 2 ways:

1,Please track by shipper’s reference. http://www.dhl.com/en.html–> Express –> Tracking –> Track by Shipper’s Reference, set the date in a wider range,choose destination country.

2,If you failed,please contact use for the waybill number, waybill number is another track number for the same shipment.

2  If the item arrives in bad condition,how will you handle it?

Within 7 days we can pay for the return shipping cost, but the returned goods should be at the original condition. Over 7 days,we can share half of the return shipping cost. Over 1 month we won’t pay for the return shipping cost.So after you get the item, please check carefully and if there is any problem please contact us soon.
