1. What’s your MOQ? Can you accept small orders?

– For stock order, we can accept small order. 10-20 pcs trial orders are welcome.- For OEM order with custom logo, the MOQ depends on different models. Generally, the MOQ is not less than 500 pcs.

2. What’s the delivery time?

– For stock order, normally the cargo can be shipped out within 3 days after the payment is done.- For OEM orders, the delivery time depends on which model you have ordered. Generally, the lead time ranges from 30-65 days.

3. What’s your payment terms?

We accept payment by T/ T by bank, Western Union.

– Full amount for stock orders before shipment. – For OEM orders, 30% deposit before production, 70% balance before shipment.

4. Do you provide samples?

Yes, we can arrange samples for you checkign the quality, pls kindly contact us for details.

– For stock orders, we do not provide free samples. 1-10 pcs trial order is welcome.- For OEM orders, we can provide sample with Custom Logo. 

5. How to arrange delivery?

– If you have agent in china, after payment we will delivery cargo to your agent.

– If you have no agent in China, after you confirm the final order, we will check the shipping details and cost for you.

6. How about your products quality?

– All of our RONMAR branded items are waterproof, 100% test by machine. All RONMAR branded items are assembled in jappanese battery, the life time could be last at least 1 year.

– For OEM products, we can prouduce according to your requirements in CE/ RoHS, Nickle free, etc.

(You can let the third party to test products whether we produced as your requirments).

7. How about your waterproof?

-For no waterproof, can not touch any water.           

– For 3ATM (30 meters waterproof watch)

  Can wear it to washing hands/ face, washing, swimming, diving in shoal waters, can spash the rain.

– Can not operation any button or crown in the water.

– Can not contact detergents and chemicals.

– Use clear water chean the watch to avoid chemical residue erosion waters afrer contact wish seawater.

– Try your best to avoid watch touch with water to protect yout wtach well.
