1 If the quantity I get less than the quantity I order,what will you do?

We strongly request every customer opens the package to check the quantity before signing the delivery. If you find the quantity less than ordered, please refuse to confirm the delivery. We are not responsible for such claim if customer don’t open the box to check the quantity before signing the delivery.

2 If the item arrives in bad condition,how will you handle it?

Within 7 days we can pay for the return shipping cost, but the returned goods should be at the original condition. Over 7 days,we can share half of the return shipping cost. Over 1 month we won’t pay for the return shipping cost. So after you get the item, please check carefully and if there is any problem please contact us soon.

3 Can you do our designs with our logos?
