Q2: What’s your MOQ? Can I mix styles and colors

A2: For alloy watch, our min order quantity is 500pcs, For high quality stainless steel watch, 300 pcs is ok. Of course you can mix different colors .

Q3: What’s the delivery time?

A3: For custom order, if your order quantities within 2000pcs. We will finish the production and send out the packages within 45 days 

Q4: What’s your packing?

A4: Our usual packing for watch is bubble bags, if you want to customize a watch gift box, such as round tin box, plastic box, you need to pay for it .

Q5: Can you print our own logo?

A5: Yes, Your logo could be printed on the dial ,engrave on the buckle and crown, punched on the back of strap, etched on the back of the case.

Q6: What about the warranty?

A6: we have strict quality control department who will 100% check every pc goods before shipment, we make sure all the goods we sent out to customers are in good condition, when customers receive the defective goods, please tell us and show us the detail proof within 15 days, we will check and send replacement when the next order.
